Colleen Wilson
Colleen Wilson bakes delicious treats.
Loaves and cookies, cakes and pies, there’s always something good to nibble on with your tea or coffee. I try to use local ingredients in season – there’s rhubarb streusel in the spring, strawberry pie in June, cycling through the garden’s bounty until it’s time for blackberry and apple indulgences in the fall.
Every week I try to make sure there are some choices for those who cannot tolerate wheat/gluten, dairy products, eggs and nuts. I cannot suit every allergy, but with so many friends on limiting diets I’m happy to try to extend their opportunities for a relaxing day out.
