Interested in selling at the James Bay Market? Playing to the public? The Market has space for 60 vendors a week. About 110 vendors sell at the market over the course of the season.
To vend at the market fill out an application form (see below) and submit it to the James Bay Market Society. In general, products sold at the market must be homemade, handmade, and homegrown.

Policy Manual
The rules and regulations for all vendors can be found in the Revised 2012 Policy Manual (PDF). Vendors must become members of the James Bay Market Society to sell at the market.

Pottery, woodwork, textiles, jewellery, and art of all kinds fall into this category. Vendors of this type must be juried before vending at the Market. See “Jury Dates” to the left for jury dates.

Non-Profit Organizations
There is one space available each week to a non-profit organization. This space may be used to display literature, sell memberships, give demonstrations, or sell raffle tickets. A non-profit organization that wishes to sell products must apply as a regular vendor.
