
All James Bay Market Society Members are invited and requested to attend the following meeting: New vendors and anyone in the community at large who wishes to attend the EGM and participate in the voting process must fill out an application form and submit it with a $10 membership fee prior to or on the day of the EGM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting start time to ensure we can get your paperwork and membership fees in order.
