About Snowdon House Gourmet & Gifts

Snowdon House Gourmet & Gifts was founded in 2009 after the purchase of a Christmas Tree farm in North Saanich. Today Snowdon House is proud to produce a variety of unique food and gift products that offer hassle-free home cooking and convenient comfort foods.

Snowdon House offers a range of products including bread and soup mixes, dip mixes, infused vinegars, brie toppers, specialty packaging and Douglas Fir infused products. Through creative cooking and sampling, Snowdon House has developed a line of products featuring the herbaceous flavour of the Douglas Fir Trees. With floral aromas, subtle notes of pepper and a hint of lemon the Douglas Fir products appear in the fruit infused vinegar blends, brie toppers and the fizzy beverage, Fir Essence. The products are made from the 1,600 Douglas Fir trees on the Snowdon House property that were initially planted as a Christmas Tree Farm.
