The 39th Annual Dickens Fair celebrates the festive season with a day of unique arts and crafts and delicious foods, Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the James Bay Community Centre, 140 Oswego Street, Victoria. Admission is $2 at the door. Children under 12 years old are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

The Dickens Fair is one of Victoria’s oldest and best-loved holiday craft fairs, showcasing a curated selection of fine crafts, jewellery, art, fashion, and foods created by Vancouver Islanders.

Two large rooms, a café, and a Children’s Creation Zone welcome holiday shoppers to immerse themselves in a wonderland of treasures and toys, homemade foods, and uniquely crafted gifts; all at affordable prices. With over 60 vendors there is something for everyone.

Unique features of the Dickens Fair include door prizes and free draws, the Children’s Creation Zone where kids can create a one-of-a-kind treasure of their own, and the Dickens Café where everyone can enjoy baked goods and lunch items made from locally sourced products. Tea and coffee are served throughout the day.
