We are taking appointments for New Vendors and Returning Vendors with New Product:

Please note: All of our vendors are juried to confirm that their products are either homemade, handmade, or homegrown.

To request a jury session, please send in your completed James Bay Market Society Membership and your James Bay Community Market Vendor Application forms by email to board@jamesbaymarket.com or at our mailing address: James Bay Market Society, 547 Michigan Street, Victoria, V8V 1S5. For new vendors, the cost of jurying is $10 and a full membership fee of $20 is due at the time of the jury session. The jury fee is non-refundable, and the membership fee is refundable only if the vendor is not accepted by the jury committee.

For returning vendors, you only have to bring the products you are adding.

We will commence the jury process for new vendors and returning vendors with new products on February 29th and March 7th. After your application is received, you will be given an appointment with details as to location. Appointment times will be scheduled starting at 9:30 am and continuing until about 12:45 pm.

JURYING WILL BE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – Please only come at your appointed date and time.

Please ensure you bring a sampling of all the products you wish to sell.
