James Bay Community Market Vendor Profiles – This week – Salsa Gonzales

James Bay Community Market Vendor Profiles – This week – Salsa Gonzales

Salsa and canned vegetables with a spicy twist all locally made

Salsa Gonzales is named after Chris Jones’s ‘hood of Gonzales Bay here in Victoria. Chris started making salsas and pickled veggies to give as gifts to his loved ones. Chris decided to sell his wares at the James Bay Community Market because he “wanted to make more options available for people to buy their loved ones something they will actually enjoy, and then guiltlessly reuse or recycle the packaging when they are done with it.”
