Rod from Mother-Daughter Soaps won $129 on Ticket number 0784084.

As you may or may not have known, the James Bay Market started collecting all of the coffee sales from the remaining 2023 James Bay Markets to be donated to assist victims of BC wildfires. The James Bay Market Society pledged to match the donation up to a maximum of $1000.

Last weekend, a fundraiser was held in the form of a 50/50 draw. And the winner was one of James Bay Market’s full-time vendors, Rod of Mother-Daughter Soaps. Thanks to everyone that participated!

Each Saturday from August 23rd until October 7th, monies collected from each cup of coffee you purchase at the James Bay Market Information tent will be sent to aid those that have been displaced or affected by the terrible devastation of the wildfires this year.

This Saturday, October 7th is our last regular Market of 2023 so we hope to see you there! Just look for the tents and smiling faces at the corner of Menzies and Superior in the heart of downtown Victoria from 9-3pm.
