A James Bay Community Tradition Since the 1980’s
Celebrating its 45th year, this is one of Victoria’s oldest and best-loved Winter Craft Fairs. Our carefully curated Vancouver Island and Gulf Island artisans offer a variety of amazing handmade and homemade products. With over 60 vendors there will be something for everyone!

Date: Saturday, December 5th, 2026
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: James Bay Community Centre,140 Oswego Street, Victoria, BC
Admission: $3 (cash) or $3.50 (debit/credit card) -Free for Children under 12 (accompanied by an Adult)
Come meet and support your local Vancouver Island and Gulf Island Makers, Bakers, and Producers – hear their stories and learn first-hand how and why they do what they do. Enter a wonderland of treasures, with vendors offering everything from wood-work to jewelry, fine arts and paper-crafts, candles, clothing, knits, foods, baked goods and so much more!
You will recognize many of your favourite James Bay Market vendors in addition to lots of new-to-you vendors showcasing their work at the Dickens Fair, some for the first time. The variety and quality will impress even the most discerning shoppers.
